Cancellations/No Shows/Tardiness

Thank you for choosing Prim & Proper for your beauty needs. To ensure the best service for all our clients, we require a valid credit card on file to secure your booking.

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Failure to cancel within this timeframe will result in a charge of 50% of the service booked.

 

If you do not contact us to reschedule/cancel your appointment or do not show up on the scheduled date, you will be charged 100% of the service booked.

Tardiness impacts our ability to serve all clients efficiently. We kindly request you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Please call ahead of your scheduled time if you are running late. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may modify, shorten or reschedule the service to avoid inconveniencing those who are scheduled after you. In the result of rescheduling, you will be charged 100% of the service booked.

 We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability. However, last-minute cancellations, no-shows and tardiness disrupt our schedule and prevent us from assisting other clients who are in need of our services.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible to avoid any charges. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting our cancellation policy.

Salon Scale 

 

Salon Scale is a backbar tool that helps us to weigh, track and accurately charge for hair color. It ensures that you’re only ever charged for your time in our chair and color used at your appointment. This system results in each service being priced accurately so you pay for what you use instead of generic pricing all round.
